Glocal Christmas

What is “Glocal Christmas?”
This Christmas Antioch church spreading the joy of Jesus both locally and globally. We call it a Glocal Christmas! Each family at Antioch is encouraged to give at least one gift local and one gift global. Our local partnership is with The Christmas Shoppe, a ministry of Action Ventura County and hosted by Stonebridge Church here in Simi Valley. The Christmas Shoppe receives donations of new unwrapped toys and allows under resourced families in our community to shop for their children. There are also games, snacks, and fun activities for the whole family. Our global partnership is with Connect 2 Ministries in Onaville, Haiti. Antioch Church will be sending a team to host a Christmas VBS for 300 kids. For most, it will be the first Christmas they have ever experienced and might be the first time they have been told about Jesus’ birth.
